Stenheim makes a splash at Munich HIgh END

**The brand-new Alumine Sub with the Alumine Two and the Reference Ultime Two SX**

For this final edition of the HIGH END show in Munich, we wanted to leave on a high note… but chose to present our latest product, the brand new Alumine Sub that provides subterranean bass to Alumine speakers!

The sound in the Stenheim room was universally admired, in no small part thanks to our partners, all major names in the high-end world.

The system featured Boulder’s powerful amplifiers, Hemingway's high-end cables, Master Fidelity’s cutting-edge DAC, and a turntable and tonearm from the renowned Swiss brand Thales. Room acoustics were fine-tuned using panels by VDM Sound Group, resulting in a fully immersive listening experience.

In the mornings we showcased our first system, combining the Alumine Two SE with our new Alumine Sub. During the afternoon sessions, attendees had the opportunity to experience our second setup, featuring the Reference Ultime Two SX.

We brought back last year’s warmly received room design, featuring a listening room styled like a contemporary library, which once again charmed both visitors and the press.

During the show, our Alumine Five SX was honoured with the Statement Award by HiFiStatement.net and HighFidelity.pl.We are extremely proud and grateful to have won this distinction.

ATR Audio Trade, our German distributor, showcased our Alumine Two, Two.Five, Three, and Five SX in their spectacular space at the Motorworld. And finally, our Alumine Five SX was featured on the exhibition stand of the Italian brand MastersounD, giving visitors to Munich plenty of opportunities to experience the excitement of the Stenheim sound.

As the HIGH END show prepares to move from Munich to Vienna next year, we look forward to reconnecting with the audiophile community in a new setting, with the same commitment to sonic excellence.

Reference System 1

Our flagship system was built around the Reference Ultime Two SX loudspeakers (including the Reference platform), which were recently awarded Best Sound of Show at Axpona by The Absolute Sound.

These speakers were powered by four Boulder 1151 mono amplifiers, driven by the Boulder 1110 preamplifier.
For the outstanding analogue front end, Thales supplied their new Reference turntable equipped with the Statement tonearm and an X-quisite cartridge as well as the beautiful Magnifier phono preamplifier.

The digital source was equally impressive, provided by Master Fidelity through the NADAC D DAC and the NADAC C master clock. Pink Faun kindly provided their new Scion music streamer. The entire system was wired with Hemingway’s Z-Core Sigma cable range.

Alumine Sub System 2

Our smaller system was based on our compact Alumine Two SE bookshelf speakers, complemented by the world premiere of our brand-new Alumine Sub.

The Alumine Twos were powered by the Boulder 861 stereo amplifier and the Boulder 812 preamplifier.
The analogue source was the Thales Elegance turntable with the Simplicity tonearm and Voro cartridge.
The digital source was identical to that of the Reference System. This entire setup was wired with the Hemingway’s Z-Core Beta cable range.

Installation & Room Treatment

All components in both systems were installed on the excellent racks designed by Audys, and our entire MOC room was treated and acoustically optimized using Audys acoustic panels.
